What can Nora help me with?
Nora brings the everyday parts of a private practice together: clients and enquiries, sessions, notes, documents, payment status, and practical guidance for growing your practice.
Who is Nora for?
Nora is designed around the needs of solo therapists, counsellors, and psychotherapists. It keeps the workflow focused and calm, without the complexity of software built for large clinics.
How is my data protected?
Sensitive practice data is end-to-end encrypted. Your recovery key is created for you during setup, and Nora support cannot use it to read or recover your encrypted records. You stay responsible for storing that key safely.
Can I keep notes and documents together?
Yes. Notes and encrypted documents can be linked to the relevant client and session, so it is easier to pick up the thread without searching across separate tools and folders.
How does early access work?
Join the waitlist with your email address and we will let you know when a place is available. We only use waitlist emails for the early-access notification you requested, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Does Nora replace professional judgement?
No. Nora is a practice-management tool, not a clinical decision-maker, emergency service, or substitute for supervision. You remain in control of your records, decisions, and client care.
